To Whom It May Concern,

We regret to inform you that the 13th Annual South West Turkey Bowl, originally scheduled for November 22–23, 2025 at Highline Memorial Stadium, has been canceled. This decision follows efforts to reach a reasonable and fair agreement on weekend expectations with SBC and the school district, as well as concerns about significantly increased costs. After careful consideration, cancellation appears to be the most responsible course of action for all parties involved.

Normally, I would seek alternate venues at the last minute; however, due to a lack of interest this year—with only seven teams participating—I have no viable alternatives available.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these challenges for next year.
