WORKOUT TIP: Toning / Weight Loss
Looking to tighten up and tone....
Try combo sets that intermix strength, toning, and high intensity cardio (anaerobic) exercises to make your workout whole body:
- Helps increase metabolism
- Improves body composition
- Burn more calories through workout
EXAMPLE:
Combo Set #1
1. Squat & Press (15 sec)
2. Prone Knee Tucks on Physioball (15 sec)
3. Versaloop Jacks - band around ankles (15 sec)
4. Prone Dumbbell Rows (15 sec)
Combo Set #2
1. Step-Ups with Press (30 sec alternating)
2. Dumbbell Push-ups (15 sec)
3. Prone Mountain Climbers (15 sec)
4. Dumbbell Windmill Rows (15 sec)
