🌟We’re placing an order for a new Polaris tshirt this month, and we’d love for you to be a part of it.
The “Find Your North Star” design was created by Polaris member Bee Bee Fischer . From the topographic lines to the familiar Ballard landmarks, Bee created a design that reflects both our local community and the individual journey each of us is on. We’re incredibly grateful for the creativity and thought she put into this design.
Find Your North Star is discovering what keeps you moving forward. It might be getting stronger, building healthy habits, or simply showing up for yourself.
The map represents our home in Ballard and the community that brings us together. It also reminds us that progress isn’t always a straight line. Every climb and challenge is part of the journey. The star marks Polaris, but it also symbolizes the direction each of us is working toward.
Please complete the pre-order form to reserve a shirt in your preferred size. The form will close on August 14, so be sure to submit your order before the deadline. Link in our bio 🌟

Smoke is moderate today, which means we should take it easy, but exercise is still possible. We have HVAC at Polaris Strength & Conditioning, so we will keep the doors closed, but should be able to remain open unless the smoke gets really bad. We will keep you updated!

⚡️New Cycle Alert: August Kickoff⚡️
This is an in-between cycle designed to keep things engaging over the next two weeks before we roll into the next cycle. The priority is fun, variety, and staying consistent.
Expect some longer metcons and more aerobic work than usual. Strength work will focus on pressing and squatting. We’ll have two metcon only days each week. Our benchmark workout this cycle will be “Fight Gone Bad” on and “Autobot Prime” as programmed by Polaris Member BJ!

We collectively gave $1,600 to the Lambert House last month! 🏳️🌈
We’re excited to announce that we’ve finished tallying the shirt sales from Polaris and Green Lake. We made just over $1,040 from the shirt sales, and when we put that together with the Polaris Pride workout raffle ticket sales, our community gave a whopping $1,600 to the Lambert House last month! 🥳🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Super proud of this community for really stepping up to support this Seattle organization supporting LGBTQ+ youth through leadership, social connection, and life skills development. ✨
