We recently ran our very first Seattle City E-Bike Tour, and we couldn't have asked for a better way to kick things off. 🚲

We had a father-son duo join us for the ride, and watching them cruise through downtown together, cracking jokes and stopping for photos at every viewpoint, is exactly why we wanted to bring this tour to life.

We're beyond excited to keep sharing this city with more riders of all ages and experience levels. Seattle's got so much to show off, and now there's an even easier way to see it.

Meet your guide: Ken 👋

Ken has been riding for over 30 years and has done just about everything on two wheels—road, gravel, mountain biking, triathlon, and everything in between. When he left his desk job in the city, he had already logged over 100,000 miles commuting by bike.

These days, he’s most at home exploring the Pacific Northwest, linking local mountain bike trails from his doorstep, chasing gravel routes, and even tackling technical singletrack on a rigid drop-bar bike for extra challenge.

When he’s not riding, he’s still in motion; hiking, trail running, or scouting new terrain. A lifelong bike mechanic at heart, Ken is always tinkering or thinking about his next build.

Above all, he loves sharing the beauty and variety of the PNW with others on guided rides through Seattle Mountain Bike Tours.

Seattle was recently featured in The New York Times in the article “5 Great North American Biking Cities”

If you ask us, it’s easy to see why!

Seattle’s cycling network has been rapidly expanding, with 20+ miles of new protected bike lanes added since 2021, major downtown waterfront upgrades, and a renewed focus on accessibility—including adaptive bike programs through Outdoors for All. The result is a city that’s becoming more connected, more scenic, and more rideable than ever.

From the Elliott Bay Trail’s sweeping views of the skyline and Mount Rainier to seamless waterfront connections through downtown, this is urban riding at its best.
Experience it for yourself this summer with us, and see why Seattle is earning national recognition as one of North America’s great biking cities.

A few shots from one of our recent half-day mountain bike tours from Seattle to Duthie Hill Mountain Bike Park, guided by Ken.

If you've ever ridden Duthie, you know it lives up to the hype. Immaculately maintained trails, progressive features for every skill level, and endless flow make it a destination that's just as fun for experienced riders as it is for those looking to build confidence.

June and July are some of the best months to ride here, with long daylight hours, dry trails, and perfect Pacific Northwest conditions. 🤘
