Hey guys,
Despite the closure of all gyms and public lands in Washington it’s more important then ever that we find ways to keep moving and challenging our bodies. To help keep us all motivated and connected I’m going to post my cardio workouts every week. I’d love if you’d join me in my by posting what your doing to stay active in the comments.
Today was three rounds of three sprints up this long ass hill. It felt terrible and great at the same time if you know what I mean :)

I often tell clients that the recovery is as important as the work. I find in different seasons and different times of my life I need more recovery then others. This is one of my favorite ways to care for myself mentally and physically.
Thanks for always making me feel cared for, body and soul. @ Collaborative Care Seattle

I passed my StrongFirst body weight instructor certification this weekend. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever trained for and I’m honored to be part of the StrongFirst family
And just like that, I’m to the ground! Now to work on perfecting it in time for the strong first body weight cert.

42 miles, 10,000 ft of gain. 3 days of wild beauty, endless blueberries, and the best backpacking company a girl could hope for. My body is tired and my heart is happy. @ Devils Dome
