Do more things that scare you. I was nervous heading out before sunrise in this location due to bobcats, mountain lions, and rattlesnakes throughout the area but we made the trek and the view was stunning. A good reminder that on the other side of fear or hesitation is something worthwhile

We don’t know how many actions will produce the desired outcome, we do know that by continuously taking action, we have a chance for that outcome to be attained. Even if you can’t do it all do something!

I knocked out 4/5 this morning, how many did you complete? Save this and try for 3/5 tomorrow ! You don’t have to hit everything, a good rule is to do what you can consistently do and build upon slowly. If you can consistently do 1-2 of these for 5-7 days then try adding another or if done a few days then try adding another day. Many ways to make progress.
