As a personal trainer, my focus is on fitness and exercise for health and longevity. In my classes we work on strength and conditioning, functional fitness, and balance/stability/mobility. We work together to find exercises and techniques that work best for your body and any physical limitations or injuries you may have. I work with all individuals and all body types.
