Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning.
I have adored and practiced vinyasa flow since 2012. In 2014, I fell deeper into my yoga practice in search of better health after getting diagnosed with celiac disease. Yoga is not only a joy to me but a means of healing and regaining my strength. My love for yoga only grew when I began to consistently practice a type of yoga called BUTI Yoga. This dynamic, primal and empowering practice changed
my life in more ways than one. BUTI yoga is a mix of power yoga, cardio, tribal dance and core strengthening. My body and mind changed rapidly just by practicing 3-4 days a week. I was ecstatic about the practice, the results it gave me and the supportive tribe of women I connected with online that came with it. BUTI was too amazing not to share with other women near me. So in September 2016, I pushed myself waaay out of my comfort zone and attended a BUTI yoga certification in Atlanta, GA. I received my BUTI certification at the Georgia Dance Conservatory in Atlanta. I began instructing BUTI in the Warner Robins, GA at Homegrown Yoga, December 2016 and spread a little bit of the BUTI love. It overjoys me to know that I left a little something there and the wonderful Jamie Schneller will continue what I started
