Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning.

I have adored and practiced vinyasa flow since 2012. In 2014, I fell deeper into my yoga practice in search of better health after getting diagnosed with celiac disease. Yoga is not only a joy to me but a means of healing and regaining my strength. My love for yoga only grew when I began to consistently practice a type of yoga called BUTI Yoga.
