10 years.
What an honor it is to have welcomed people into my home training studio for the last 10 years.
I imagined this milestone, but it's still feels incredible that it's here.
10 years of people trusting me to meet them where they're at in their health and fitness journey, and guide them forward.
I am deeply grateful to each person who has been part of my professional experience; 10 years on my own and 22 years in total.

The calendar turns and just like that we are celebrating 7 years! We are still here, living the mission every day of improving our health, well-being and quality of life. I continue to be honored with the trust and opportunity of assisting others on this journey. Many Thanks and Much Love!

5 years ago today, Autum's Fitness 4U became a reality. In that time, my life has been enriched by the many people who have trusted me to be a partner in their health and fitness journey.
Since I began my career as a fitness professional almost 18 years ago, my mission has been to assist people in improving their health, well-being and quality of life. I am humbled and grateful to all who have given me this opportunity.
I had envisioned celebrating this milestone anniversary with a party, but clearly the universe had other plans! I am particularly proud of the adaptability of my clients during this pandemic. Whether training via video calls or in masks, we have persevered!

Today I give thanks to the many amazing people who've been part of the past 4 years! It's remarkable how quickly the time has passed. I'm thrilled to be kicking off year 5 and excited to see what's in store!

Time really does fly when you're having fun! Today marks the 3rd Anniversary of Autum's Fitness 4U! Every person who has come through these doors has has been a part of making this happen. Today marks 2 years since opening the doors of my training studio! I am grateful to be doing what I love in an environment that I believe best reflects my professional values of assisting others in improving their health, well-being, and quality of life. I am so thankful for each person I have the opportunity to work with; your trust and support mean the world to me! The relationships we build while working on health and fitness goals are truly special! Cheers to another year of sweat, smiles, and camaraderie!

I just found this awesome nutritional tidbit in PCC's Sound Consumer paper! We always hear about the good fats in avocados, but I didn't know they packed such high levels of these other nutrients as well!
