Reminiscing on the 1.4 Sn**ch event in the men’s division where PR’d at 322, won with 325, PR’d at 275, won best dressed and a handful other guys did at or around 300 lbs
With only 4 people on the floor at a time, it was an EXCITING event to be a part of!

Wrapping up the highlight reels (literally) from all the 1.2 Royal Flush performances from all the Age Group divisions, and just so freakin’ impressed with the performances we saw across the board! I mean, sub 4 minutes?!
Super hyped now to start programming next year’s sprint workout ⚡️should we do a couplet or triplet? What do you wanna see?

⚡️ put out a great article this morning about workout 1.3 on the 2022 Zelos Games, Ace of Spades
Ace of Spades was an EMOM-style lifting event with 7 rounds of 30 double inserts, and 3-1 sn**ches that led to a 3 minute interval where the athlete could establish a 1 rep max
Of the just under 300 competitors we had live and online, over 30 reported a new 1RM. That’s over 10%!
The team at MCU ( ) interviewed both Beau Burgener and asking their feedback on the event
