Reviewing old videos again today and ran across this gem that I shot with Dr. John Rothwell. It's such a great subject, I thought I would share it with you. If you're interested in the benefits of an anti-inflammatory diet, it's a great source of info.

I'm preparing to begin a new weekly video series with my good friend and accountability partner, Ellen of Empower the Girls. She and I shot several videos a couple years ago and it was so much fun. I ran across this one this morning. It's such a great message that I had share it with you.

Some takeaways if you don't want to watch the video -- Love yourself. Please. Before all else, love YOU. Not at the expense of others or other things but as an enhancement. Everything else falls in to line much easier when you remember how important self love is.
