After some equipment issues at one of my Zumba instruction locations, I have decided I will primarily instruct Zumba at The Dance Center in Santa Rosa. Stay tuned for start dates! 💃🕺🏿

FYI-I will be on our vacation October 14-21, so there will be no classes for that week.

Thank you for visiting Baila Fitness! I instruct a mix of Latin and English Zumba fitness. We dance Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Merengue, Reggaeton and Hip Hop, as well as some popular songs that get the heart pumping, sweat going, while having a lot of fun!
