Our first ever Sebastopol Pilates teacher training is in the books.

 Three full days, deep in the work — mat exercises broken down, movement principles studied, peer teaching practiced, and a whole lot of floor time logged (literally 😅). Getting to build this program from the ground up with .carlson and watching it come to life with our very first trainee has been such a full-circle moment.

Joe didn’t sugarcoat things, and neither did we — this training was rigorous, detailed, and rooted in the classical method exactly the way it should be. We know he’d be proud of the next generation of teachers coming up through these doors.

This is just the beginning. Sebastopol Pilates is officially in the business of training teachers. 🖤
