🥋 Building Confidence, One Class at a Time!

We had a great turnout for the first class in our new Self-Defense Series!

These classes are being offered as a pilot program to allow residents to learn practical self-defense techniques, build confidence, and experience something new in a supportive environment.

These pilot classes are a great way to gauge community interest as we explore opportunities to offer self-defense programming on a more regular basis.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the first class! We’re excited to see the series continue and appreciate our residents for helping us explore new recreation opportunities at Sun ’n Lake. 💪
