Coming to class after eating a balanced breakfast gives your body the fuel it needs to workout effectively. If you only have caffeine and no food, you may feel more fatigued or have less energy during class. If you’re just running on caffeine without any real fuel, you’re essentially asking your body to push through with no reserves. A bit of actual food, even something small, will help you get more out of the workout, keep you from crashing, and make the whole session feel more sustainable. 😁💁🏼♀️

Our new Legs Up the Wall Sound Healing Meditation begins tomorrow, and I’ll be taking prayer requests from anyone who would like to be included.
