We decided to play up into 12U this weekend as we prepare for our Fall transition — and these girls showed up ready. 🖤🥎

After only one week working with 12U balls and distance, they competed with confidence, grit, and toughness all weekend long.

After 3 hard-fought pool games, they earned the #2 seed, missing the #1 spot by just one run, and finished the weekend in 3rd place against older competition.

So proud of these girls for the way they adjusted, battled, and proved they belong. The future is BRIGHT. 🔥

18u team dominated the PG Turf Wars at the brand new Prosperity Park in Willis, TX going 7-0! They finished with the top 2 pitchers from the tourney in Jess Woods and Addyson James. The number 1 hitter in Maggie Golden and the number 3 hitter in Sadie Kay as well as Cam Brown and Krissie Bennett finishing top 10! It was a great start to the summer!

Shout out to our 12u Firecrackers-HTX Kay 2031 team for adding another TFL silver bracket finish to their resume! These girls are the real deal and force to be reckoned with!

#6 Riley Godley joins the commitment list from the FC Kay/Himes too and is staying in Texas, verbally agreeing to continue her career at Texas Wesleyan! The Rams just got a whole lot faster! We can’t wait to see how many bases you steal in college!

Huge congrats to our first commit from our 16u FC Kay/Himes team, #5 Starla Fernandez! She’s headed home to Jersey to begin her college career at Mercer County Community College! We can’t wait to see you do great things!

Happy Easter FC Fam and congratulations to our 2K33 Firecrackers-HTX Kay/Thompson for going UNDEFEATED and winning the 10U Bunny Hop RR yesterday. We hope everyone is enjoying time with their families today.
