Parents, we will be collecting at corner of Hwy 62/73 from 3:30-5:30 pm tonight since no practice. We need all available girls and their parents there to supervise. Tony and I will be there.

We need the help of our community, friends, and family ASAP to raise quick funds for travel expenses to Seguin for the Texas East State Tournament at the end of this week. Everyone please get with anyone and everyone you know (or don't know) to ask if they will help us out. A donation receipt can be provided to anyone who requests one (cash or non-cash donations) so that they can claim the donation as a write off on their taxes as extra motivation (can get this from Ruth or can be emailed directly to the donator).

All monies received via check need to be made payable to BCLL and not an individual on the team. Only our team will benefit from these donations, not any other allstar team this way. Please notify Ruth of all donations received, who from, and for how much so we may thank them personally afterward and recognize them on our FB page.

Please give all donations directly to Ruth (we need them by no later than Friday morning at 9 am).

Melissa Bland is also in the process of setting up a page under www.gofundme.com for our girls for a quicker way for local people to donate online and for out-of-town relatives to donate. This will be set up today so tell them about it.

We wll be collecting at BC Walmart from 5:30-7:30 pm today and tomorrow. We need 4 girls and 2 adults only to help out to avoid overcrowding at the doors. Let Ruth know if you can help and we can pick up girls if you are working.

I'm super proud of our BC Major Girls last night...they didn't give up and played hard against a very good team to win sectionals....State bound.
