Hello, SLL families and community of Selma. This is Nicole from Selma little league and I want to give you an update on our honorary board member Will Goldbeck.

Many of you know Will, a truly valued member of the Central Valley. Right now, he is in the hospital after suffering a mini-stroke. He is currently in Room 10 at Adventist Hospital in Selma where he is receiving care.
I visited him this morning and he gave me permission to notify the community. If you know Will, have crossed paths with him over the years, or simply want to show your support, please consider stopping by to see him, send him a message, or keep him in your thoughts and prayers. đŸ§¡đŸ–¤

It is with great sadness that Babe Ruth League mourns the passing of Leonard Hammer, who served our organization for many years as a valued member of the Babe Ruth League Board of Directors.

Leonard dedicated many years of his life to Babe Ruth League and, most importantly, to the young people our program serves. His commitment, friendship, and unwavering support of Babe Ruth League touched so many throughout our organization. Those who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside Leonard will remember the passion and dedication he brought to our program.

Leonard’s impact on Babe Ruth League will not be forgotten, and he will be deeply missed by the entire Babe Ruth League family

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Hammer family during this difficult time.
