🔥 Challenge Yourself: Want to test your skills even more? You can enter multiple divisions! White belts are welcome to step up and compete in the Blue Belt divisions. You can also move up in weight classes (For example: if you weigh 180 lbs, you can enter both the 161-185 lbs AND the 186 lbs & up divisions).

The hardest part isn't the workout—it’s walking through the front door.
What’s actually holding you back from starting?
"I need to get in shape first."
"I've never done combat sports."
"I don't know what to expect."
The truth: Nobody steps on the mat already knowing how to roll, strike, or wrestle. You don’t get in shape to start; you start to get in shape. Every single person in this room had a Day 1.
Whether you want to learn practical self-defense, get into the best shape of your life, or join a team that pushes you to be better every day, your journey starts here.
