I have not only studied a great deal in the area of alternative medicine therapies, receiving certification in The Foundations of Holistic Science from The Natural Healing College during my Master Herbalist Diploma certification program but I have also extensively researched Fibromyalgia Syndrome, as well as talked with and coached those suffering from FMS. I am a Certified Master Life Coach, Holistic Health Coach, Master Herbalist and Personal Fitness Trainer. I’m a member of the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners) and a member of my local Chamber of Commerce. I have written and published my first book, as well as created and produced my own video class series, “Punch Out Fibromyalgia Naturally™ - Information Your Doctors Are Not Sharing With You!”. As a Master Herbalist, part of my curriculum included an intensive class on The Foundations of Holistic Science where I studied over 50 alternative medicine therapies, the history, the founders and the various health conditions that are benefited by each of these therapies, drug-herb-vitamin interactions, how to make various herbal medicines such as tinctures, lozenges, poultices, decoctions, salves, etc. I have also extensively studied and researched FMS and have had success in helping my clients reduce their overall pain by two thirds. As an Holistic Health Coach I have had extensive training in over 100 dietary theories, including but not limited to Ayurveda, blood type diets, macrobiotics and the energetics of food. I’ve learned a great deal about today’s agricultural farming methods and the impact it has on our health, animals and our environment as a whole. Over the past 4 years I have had tremendous success in helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Personal Fitness Trainer I am qualified to teach exercise, design fitness programs and personally train clients without having to refer them elsewhere. I have designed many personal exercise programs for clients, worked one-on-one with my clients and I’ve helped them achieve their fitness goals. The education I received in my Master Life Coaching program equipped me with a unique set of coaching skills that have enabled me to expand my coaching practice beyond that of health and wellness coaching alone. In 2016 I enrolled in a 3-month environmental toxins class where I studied the toxins in our food, air and water supply as well as the many toxins in our household cleaning and beauty products. I learned that the word "organic" has a completely different meaning when it comes to labeling food as organic and when household cleaning and beauty products are labeled organic. I learned about manufacturing loopholes in labeling, the effects these various toxic chemicals have on our bodies and how they impact our environment, plus so much more. What all this means is my extensive training enables me to work exclusively with my clients in areas that would normally require referring them elsewhere, saving my clients not only time and money but also the inconvenience of filling out yet another wellness history form or lifestyle questionnaire! I am not a medical doctor, I do not replace your medical doctor, nor do I practice medicine (I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, administer, heal nor claim to cure any illness, disease or health condition). If my clients are under the care of a licensed medical professional and/or are currently using prescription medications, they are to discuss any dietary changes and/or potential nutritional/herbal supplementation use with their doctor.
