If you want to keep Mountain Biking on the Olympic Peninsula, you had better get involved!

The DNR is currently conducting a survey to potentially create a protected area for the Elwha watershed.

The trails in the Zoo network, Colville and Dry Hill are on DNR land, and some of these trails are within the area that is being evaluated. In order to make sure that mountain biking usage in these areas is accounted for and to help protect future access to these areas we need trail users to fill out the survey.

Please follow the link and mention in the comments section that you ride at Dry Hill, the Zoo or Colville.

Help advocate for our trails!

Take this survey, link in our bio, by June 15th and tell them how important MTB is to this region.

Join the Virtual Public Meeting: June 18th

30 Years of Stewardship
For nearly 30 years, volunteers have poured their hearts into Dry Hill. The community’s partnership with the DNR has proven that active forest management and world-class recreation can thrive together.

The DNR has been an outstanding partner throughout the years, and that partnership continues today as we work together to identify ways to harvest timber responsibly while preserving the trails and recreation opportunities that make this area so special.

Help preserve access to riding
Please, take five minutes to share your support for our shared trails. Fill out the survey before the June 15th deadline and mark your calendars for the June 18th meeting. Let’s protect the future of riding on the Olympic Peninsula.
