As most of you know, Tess is a HUGE fan of horses, as well as equestrian arts and sports. As such, we'll have the 145th Kentucky Derby showing at Soren's Café, starting at 11:30 a.m. Tess is whipping up Fish Tacos for your Lunch Special today. So come on down and enjoy this beautiful day with us.

Hello Golf Fans!
How about this weather; am I right?!
SkyRidge has been a scenic place to spend a couple hours a day this week. Tomorrow it looks like scattered showers, so we'll hope for the best, as we have our annual GUT BUSTER tournament.

This is an individual medal play from the "tips" or the Black Tees, shooting for the most difficult course pin placements. Fourteen are signed up so far and there is room for more.
So come on down for a fun and challenging round of golf.

The cost is $75 a person and that includes the Honey Pot, Range Balls, Closest to the Pin (KP) contests, a Long Putt (LP) contest, a practice round today (Friday 3/22), and a Steak & Shrimp buffet lunch after play. There are three divisions: Men's (playing from the Black Tees), 65+ (playing from the Green Tees), and Women's (playing from the Purple & Silver Tees).

We've had kind of a slow start here today, due to the heavy layer of frost. But it was the perfect excuse to open up the 2-cylinder carts all the way and get their batteries awake and firing. Golfers have started to show up and are getting their teams organized to play Friday's game, Black Front Tees. So if you feel like flexing your long drives, today is the day. Get yourself ready for the Gut Buster tourney later this month and get warmed up for tomorrow's "Golf For Softball" tourney. See you soon!
