The things we LOVE to hear from our Rolly Pollies families 🥹💛

“I told my friends about you.”
“You really took care of everything at my child’s party.” “My kid asks to come back every single day.”

These aren’t just nice compliments — they’re the whole reason we do what we do.

Tag a friend who needs to hear about us next, we really love this one too 😉

Balance isn’t just a skill we teach, it’s the overall theme of our Fall session.

To your kiddo, adding an obstacle to the beam just makes it more fun. To us, it’s doing so much more — building focus, coordination, and the kind of confidence that comes from figuring out something tricky, one careful step at a time.

They think they’re playing. We know they’re building skills that carry way beyond the beam.

Come practice it with us — link in bio to join the Fall session!

If your house suddenly feels a little quieter (but somehow also a little more chaotic), you’re not alone. Losing that built-in buddy is a real adjustment — for your little one AND for you.

That’s where we come in. Rolly Pollies is the perfect spot to fill that gap — new friends, new fun, smiles guaranteed. Come play with us!

Every part of class — circle time, obstacle courses, songs, taking turns — is doing work behind the scenes. While your kiddo is having fun, they’re building real skills: coordination, language, patience, focus, and confidence that carries way beyond our gym.

Swipe through to see what’s really happening during class time!

Our Fall session is already underway, but we’re always enROLLing! Session runs through November 1st, so there’s still plenty of time to jump in and join the fun. Visit the link in our bio to sign up!

Some days your kiddo walks in ready to conquer the obstacle course. Other days they just want to sit on your lap for circle time. Either way, we’ve got you — because a little movement and a lot of giggles are good for every kind of day.

See you on the mats, whatever kind of day it is!

Happy 1st Day of School to our Gymbugs!

We get asked about preschool readiness all the time, ‘is 3 years old too young?’ ‘what signs should show us he/she is ready?’ etc., so we figured we’d lay out some of the main contenders!

Swipe through, and remember, even though today is our first day of school, there’s no application deadline here, no semester cutoff. Whenever your child turns 3 throughout the year, we’re here!

The spinning. The endless, dizzy, why-won’t-they-stop spinning.

Turns out it’s not random — it’s their vestibular system asking for input. That spinning helps build:

🔵 balance + coordination
🔴 body awareness + focus
🟡 that ‘where am I in space’ sense that makes everything else click

So instead of stopping it, we guide it with purpose in class. Try it at home: spin together (both directions!), then freeze — that stop-and-steady is where the magic happens. Save this for the next spin session!
