Consistency is 🔑
Time and time again I catch myself in these ebbs and flows of consistency and there is only one thing that I have found that fixes this pattern.
When I say ebbs and flows I mean that I will have a period of time that I’m consistently showing up and going all in then I’ll have a period of time I’m not present at all and my training suffers because of it.
The one thing I found that helped me fix this problem was every morning I wake up being conscious of my mental resistance and switching that into a state of gratitude.
Basically instead of saying to myself “I have to go do this 30 mile bike today”
I started shutting that down immediately and saying “I get to do this 30 mile bike today and there are people out there that would kill to be in my position physically”.
Don’t lose sight on what’s important.
Colossians 3:15
It’s easy to be “naturally good” at something. You just have to spend 10 years doing that exact thing every day and focus all your free time doing it as well. Then you too can be “naturally good”. Consistency is 🔑.

📍 Is this for you?
All classes are fit for people of all skill levels! Whether you never worked out before or you are a seasoned veteran you will find that these classes are what you are looking for to get to the next level!
📍 What to expect?
Upon arrival you will be given a description of the class you are about to do. Your first week of classes are FREE. The purpose of this is to see whether or not the classes are for you. Every exercise will be demonstrated for you and our trainer will observe and give further assistance if necessary. You will find that the atmosphere is positive and supportive you will be surrounded people who all have the same goal to improve themselves! Whether you are trying to shed a few pounds our put on lean muscle this is the place for you!
