I’ve been a little MIA lately due to some personal life things going on, but I think I’m back!

Yoga this week at Little River Coffee Co. is back on!

Tuesday morning at 9:30am!

Sunday is still up in the air due to a gender reveal I am apart of! But I can’t wait to see you again! Come join me for a fun flowy yoga class Tuesday ☀️

After a nice week off for my birthday… yoga is back on!!
