-Competitor Information--Contest season is here and for anyone competing, the last few days before the show can make or break your physique. Increase water consumption about a week out from your competition date and continue to increase it up to 2 gallons of water per day. 3 days before show, start dropping it by half per day until show time. Restrict sodium to the very minimum over the final week as well for your best look. Good luck and I'm here to help if anyone needs it. -Anthony-

KEEP UP THE INTENSITY!!!

You don't have to spend 2 hours in the gym everyday, but while you are there, make your time count! Don't let your mind wander aimlessly and don't talk to every person you know and turn it into social hour...Be there and have a purpose. GET RESULTS!

QUICK TIP: Beginner and intermediate level lifters should keep their weight training workouts at approximately 60 minutes and then follow up the exercise with cardiovascular activity (if needed) and/or stretching. If more weight training time is needed, it should be split between two workouts 6-8 hours apart from each other.

QUICK TIP: Don't skip breakfast! Breakfast, AKA meal one for the day, should come very first thing in the morning to break the catabolic state you have placed your body in from "fasting" through the night. Try getting in 30-50 grams of protein in this meal and hunger cravings will be less abundant throughout the day.
