DM “PAIN” to learn the Rotate2Go Method

Don’t jump into exercises.

First, figure out where the body is restricted, compressed, and compensating. Then create space and restore the movement that’s been lost.

Once the body can genuinely access those positions, repattern the movement.

Assess → Create Space → Repattern → Strengthen → Perform

Exercise shouldn’t be the starting point. It should be what strengthens the better movement you’ve already restored.

All assessments are NOT created equal.

The body is incredibly good at cheating a movement test.

You may appear to have range of motion, but that movement might actually be coming from somewhere else—a compensation hiding an area that is compressed and difficult to access.

A good assessment doesn’t just measure how far you can move. It identifies how you’re creating that movement.

Where are you compensating?
Where are you compressed?
Where can the ribcage and pelvis not expand well?
Where are you unable to genuinely shift or rotate?

Then we use breathing, positioning, and movement to change the nervous system’s strategy and restore expansion into those restricted areas.

That’s where breathing becomes your constant “stretcher.”

Instead of forcing more range, we teach the body how to access space it has stopped using.

Assess → Expand → Repattern → Strengthen.

Sciatica sucks.

A common contributor is excessive tension and compression around the back of the pelvis and hip. When that area gets tight and loses its ability to move and rotate, it can irritate the sciatic nerve and create pain that travels from the glute down the leg.

The answer isn’t always stretching where it hurts.

Restore space. Restore hip and pelvic motion. Restore rotation. Then strengthen the new position.

Find out WHY that side keeps tightening up—and address the pattern, not just the pain.

Anterior pelvic tilt is normal—until it goes too far.

When the pelvis stays excessively tilted forward and the hips lose their ability to move freely, the lower back often starts contributing motion that should be coming from the hips and pelvis.

Over time, that can mean more compression, more compensation, and more stress through the lumbar spine.

The goal isn’t to “fix” anterior pelvic tilt. It’s to restore the mobility, rotation, and control needed so your pelvis, hips, and ribcage can move together—and your lower back doesn’t have to do all the work.

Restore the motion. Repattern the movement. Then strengthen it.

Shoulder blade knots aren’t just painful—they can affect how your entire shoulder moves.

When the muscles surrounding the shoulder blade become tight and overworked, the scapula may not move efficiently with the arm. That can alter shoulder mechanics, create compensation, and place additional stress on the shoulder joint.

Don’t just chase the knot.

Figure out why the shoulder blade isn’t moving properly, restore mobility, and then strengthen the new movement pattern.

Decrease Pain. Increase Performance.

Runners and lifters—does it feel like your body is starting to break down?

More stiffness. More aches. Less mobility. And the things you love doing are getting harder.

Don’t just train harder. Figure out what your body is missing.

A full movement assessment can uncover where you’ve lost mobility, rotation, and proper movement—and where your body has started compensating.

Once you know the problem, you have a roadmap to rebuild.

Assess → Restore Mobility → Rebuild Movement → Strengthen

The goal isn’t just to feel better today.

It’s to keep running, lifting, and doing what you love for years to come.

DM “ASSESSMENT” to get started.

Runners who deal with pain need to enter the weight room with an individualized plan.

The goal isn’t just to get stronger.

Running is repetitive. Over thousands of strides, your body can develop movement patterns, stiffness, and side-to-side differences that may eventually affect how you move and perform.

Your strength program should help you:

• Restore lost mobility
• Improve your ability to rotate
• Address your individual movement limitations
• Build strength in better positions
• Create a more resilient body for running

Don’t just lift to get stronger. Train to become a better runner.

Assess. Restore. Repattern. Strengthen. Run for longevity.

DM “RUN” for a free assessment.

Here are the steps I use to preserve my ability to stay active for the rest of my life:

1. Get assessed — Find out where you’ve lost mobility and what patterns your body has developed.
2. Use the ground to open space — Restore motion and create better options through the feet, hips, pelvis, and ribcage.
3. Stand up and own your center of mass — Learn to control your body in an efficient position against gravity.
4. Repattern your muscles — Teach your body to use the new range of motion instead of falling back into old compensations.
5. Rotate — Restore the rotation your body needs to walk, run, lift, and perform.

Assess → Open Space → Own Your Center → Repattern → Rotate

Don’t just train for today. Train so you can stay active for life.

Get an assessment and find out where your body is getting stuck.

Preserve your right to workout and run during the second half of your life. We do not have to live through pain. We need to undo the compression that sunk in throughout the first half of our life.
