Goalkeeping myth: Win the ball as high as possible. But not all crosses are high and you dont always keep possession. As the game continues to develop and evolve, outfield players are trying to find better ways to score from crosses. As goalkeepers we need to put attention to disrupting the cross as early as possible to reduce the opponent’s chances of winning the ball first.
