Please flush toilet paper ONLY. Wipes, paper towels, feminine products, and all other items must be placed in the waste baskets provided inside each stall even if the packaging says “flushable.”

We have had to close the bathroom for a short amount of time on 3 separate occasions within the past two weeks to quickly fix the issue.

These repeated closures affect every member and create unnecessary repair costs. Please respect our facility and help us keep the bathrooms clean, functioning, and available for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation! 🐺

After our SBD lifting competition in June,the pack asked and we delivered! 🐺 Two brand new TSS racks have officially hit the floor! More room to lift heavy, train hard, and chase those PRs. 💪🔥

Between my role as a Graduate Assistant overseeing group fitness, personal training, and rec facility staff, and my work as an ACE CPT and NETA Mat Pilates instructor, my goal is always to be a warm face and guiding hand for everyone entering the gym.
