Last Saturday, I had the privilege of instructing a group of members of the Women’s Law Association at Duquesne University in fundamental self-defense techniques. A palpable sense of camaraderie existed among the group, and it was gratifying to witness their increasing assertiveness as the course progressed. Way to Go Ladies!!

It’s been a whirlwind here in Phoenix at 2025 World Championships stsrting with the Tournament of Champions. Big congratulations to Mr. Radermacher for coming home with 6 new world titles and Mr. Castellini returning with a silver medal in team combat and a bronze in team sparring. Saturday and Sunday brings the first tournament of the year called the Super-20. More updates as the results come in, stay tuned!
