Huge thank you to the Seymour baseball families and community for coming together to support Menasha as they recover from the devastating tornado. With your efforts we collected over $2500 in gift cards and money along with a trailer full of supplies. This was presented to the 14U Menasha team last night at the Ashwaubenon Wood Bat Tournament along with donations from the other teams participating. It was amazing to see the support of the baseball teams and communities in this effort.

SEYMOUR LOSES TO WEST DEPERE ON 4TH DAY OF STATE TOURNAMENT

The 17U Legion was eliminated from the State Tournament on Monday July 27 after falling to West DePere by a score of 3-0. Although Post 106 out hit WDP 9-8, the team could not string enough hits together to drive in runs. Seymour finishes the tourney with a 2-2 record

Nick Auchue went 2 for 4 with a double, while Kyle Neppl was 2-3. Neppl was the losing picture after giving up the 3 earned runs. Isaac Burton pitched 3 scoreless innings, while Ryder Pennings threw 1 scoreless inning.

The 17U team finishes the season with a record of 13-8. The coaches are so proud of what these young men accomplished this season.
