Pine Belt Sportsman's Club, Shamong NJ Pine Belt Sportsman's Club is New Jersey's largest shotgun range. We are open to the public for recreational shooting.

We host the NJ and DE State Trapshoots, the NJ State S***t Shoot, and many more shoots that include trap, s***t, and 5 stand.

We’ve got a stunner of a day for the last 2 day trapshoot of 2026 at Pine Belt, the Jersey Devil! The event starts at 9:30 this morning with 200 singles followed by 100 doubles. 100 of each tomorrow.

Practice will be open today on bank 7, and there will be limited practice early Sunday morning, closing shortly after the event begins.

S***t will be open Sunday as well.

Six brand new Lincoln traps have been installed on Pine Belt's s***t fields! After millions of targets thrown, the machines needed an upgrade. The Board of Directors is dedicated to capital improvements at the club, using the target fees the shooters pay to constantly improve the experience.

A big thank you goes out to Board members Russ Paul and "Surfboard" Scott Kreger for their hard work making this upgrade happen.

As a reminder, recreational s***t is held every Wednesday and Sunday starting at 9AM until....late afternoon. You'll find the s***t shooters out there in all types of weather! The only exception to this is when a large shoot is happening at the club. The NJ State S***t shoot is September 18th-20th, so recreational s***t will be closed that Sunday.

The Pine Belt Board of Directors would like to thank all the participants, scorers, and volunteers who helped make our Club Shoot a success.

President Bob Jarvis was this year's overall champion with a score of 378/400.

S***t will be open on Sunday. Practice trap will be shot on banks 3A and 3B only on Saturday and Sunday.
