It's after 7PM and that means it time to provide your input on the Wisconsin Conservation Congress spring questionnaire. This year includes questions on banning hunting contests, bringing back registration stations and back tags, charging a fee for non-motorized watercraft, charging for free farmland tags, expanding hook and line opportunity for sturgeon, and a host of other topics. PSA: Wisconsin DNR has announced that the all-online Hunter's Safety Education option for students under 18 yrs will be discontinued after March 20, 2022. This was a temporary order to allow students under 18 yrs old to safely complete Hunter's Safety Education due to the pandemic and social distancing restrictions.
Adults over 18 yrs old still have the option to take the all-online Hunter's Safety Education course.
