Off topic: I don’t look good as Drake FML.
On the topic: Do not follow the herd, be the shepherd and lead the herd. It’s a lot simple than it really is to dive into fitness for the first time (and to others that’s tried before). I get it… If the methods are flashy, contains an appealing catchphrase (like those “lose 30lbs in 30 days” etc), or simply the infamous “do what I do, eat what I eat” from your favorite fitness influencer; most people will follow these to the T but when it comes down to simplicity it becomes rocket science. Don’t get mislead, the fitness industry is oversaturated with good and misinformation.

Didn’t matter what program I run throughout the years, there were always these three leg movements that I do on a weekly basis. Regardless if the reps were one, or if they were 10; the lifts were done and recorded to see my progress throughout the years. Results comes in forms of numbers not just looks.
