Looking for a comfortable entry point on the Pilates Reformer? Take the leap and sign up for New to Reformer on our booking site. A special 60 minute class that walks you through a little history, parts of the machine, and an initial workout on the famous Pilates reformer. Our goal is to equip you to feel confident joining in any of our group classes going forward by leading with education and teaching you some of the most recurring exercises you'll see in class. We have a fun partnership this summer. We are hosting our outdoor Pilates mat classes at the Tributary Beer Garden at Kiwanis Park in Sheboygan. Included with your ticket is a voucher for any free beverage from the menu. Many NA options available, beer, wine, and soda. Class will be held under the pavilion, right by the Sheboygan River. Bring your mat, some water, and some friends. Facebook event for sharing, and you can sign up directly on our Square booking site by scrolling to the date. Once a month, all summer long.
