The goals and objectives of the Sheffield Parks and Recreation Department are to provide the citizens of Sheffield with an opportunity to enjoy quality leisure time experiences. Our desires are to provide programs, parks and activities for all ages of the community. We offer many facilities to the public including:
Rec Center
Michael Center
Riverfront Parks
Avalon Park
Splash pad
Indoor and Outdoor pools
Ball fields
Rec Gym

Volleyball registration has been extended till Wednesday, Aug 12th

Lifeguards needed. We are currently looking to hire certified guards. Competitive pay. We offer hours through the week and need to be able to work Saturdays. If you can only work Saturdays thats fine too. This is an indoor pool. Please call or come by the Rec office to apply. 256-386-5615
