🦈 Sharks Aquatic Club is offering a Pre-Season High School Prep Program designed for swimmers who want to sharpen their skills before the high school season begins.
This is a great opportunity to improve key areas that can make a real difference in performance, including:
🔹Starts
🔹Turns
🔹Underwaters
🔹Body position
🔹Head position
🔹Aerobic conditioning
🔹Race preparation and technique
No matter where you’re starting from or what you’re looking for, this program will help you hit the ground swimming.
Come into the high school season prepared - not playing catch-up!
