NO class at 9am today due to weather.

The Garage gym got another new flag. For me it’s a great reminder that not only do I have to hit my physical goals. I’ve got to keep my spiritual goal just a strong. 

HUSLA pad is in and at the Shell Lake location. Makes leg day suck even more but in a good sucky way 😁
Can be used on our seated leg extension, laying hamstring curl and seated ham string curl machines.

There will not be class on Thursday at 9am

What do you do at 4AM when you can’t sleep?? That’s not totally true I did get a solid 40 minutes of sleep. I put up the new Titan pull up bar in the Garage Gym.

The order of "Don't let the hard days win" tee shirts are in. Make sure to see Michelle, Linda or worse case scenario Matt :) to get yours.

Merry Christmas from our fitness family to yours ♥️

My wife and I have been blessed that God has given us the opportunity to operate the fitness centers.

To see the commaradery of the members, hear the laughter, the positive motivation to push others brings a smile to my face and a warming of the soul.

Some merry lifters this Christmas morning in the Garage gym. Music is pumping, smiles evrywhere and some big weights being moved.

Merry Christmas to all and to all a new lifting max!

There will not be any classes on Wednesday or Thursday.

I have always wanted to do a custom print for our garage gym in Shell Lake. So I finally took the time and got some great input from some of the garge gym users to come up with these options.

The next 2 weeks we will be taking orders in the light grey (as shown) tee shirts.

Deadline will be Monday, January 4th.

The tee shirts no matter which print you go with will be;
Small-XL $15.00,
2XL $17.00,
3XL $18.00.

The shirts must be prepaid to get them ordered.

Tee shirts will have a standard front left fitness center logo and then you can pick between 1 of the 2 back prints.

The shirts with the prints on them will be at the Shell Lake location along with an order sheet.

I will also have an order sheet in Spooner with pictures of the print options.

These will probably not be finished till 3rd week of January.
