Proudly presenting one of our coaches doing some good things outside the gym. Coach Konstantin who is also a firefighter has collected a great amount of equipment that shipped to Ukraine to help firefighters in the war. He appreciates all the support and donations.

We are extremely excited to announce that Lauren DiSessa will be joining Shelton Athletics as a new business partner.  Lauren brings years of knowledge and expertise that will help us strengthen our footing and provide the best training experience. Lauren has been very successful in the fitness industry, and we are lucky to have her join our team. We have worked with Lauren very closely over the past year and we are confident that she will be a valuable addition to our gym. She will have a great impact on the services we provide, team leadership and overall growth of the business.

Among other aspects of the business, Lauren will take the lead on developing our coaching staff and programming. Our goal is to deliver quality coaching and word class programming for all levels of athletes and Lauren's expertise will play a key role in getting us there.

Annual Memorial Day workout “Murph” to honor and remember fallen heroes, specifically Lt. Michael Murphy a Navy SEAL who lost his life in Afghanistan. 🇺🇸

BBQ following the workout. We will be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs 🍔🌭. If you would like to bring a side dish or desert to share please sign up in the gym (front counter sign-up sheet).
