We weren’t scheduled to play this week but the girls wanted to get some extra run in! With some familiar faces and a few new ones helping out, the 8th grade team went undefeated and took home a championship at the EBC Summer Classic in Hagerstown. Great job Ladies!!

First circuit tournament in Philly last month they were nervous, didn’t know what to expect…didn’t play loose or our type of ball. At the UA Future Finals in Hamilton OH it was a totally different story. On defense they flew around applying pressure. Offensively they worked as a unit sharing the ball with everyone contributing. There were times in games we were down but they dug in and fought their way back. We ended up going 4-1, the chemistry for the girls has really come together but one of the best parts about the weekend was the chemistry off the court. They hung out together, laughed, acted silly, and made memories. It was also nice for the coaches to get to hang out with the parents and talk about things other than just basketball. Super proud of these young ladies, it was a great weekend!!

This is what we love to see!! After the 5th grade game was over all 8 of the girls went over and sat on the bench with our 7th grade girls team to cheer on their big sisters!! 🏀👑🩷🖤

Our 5th grade girls took home a championship at the June Classic in Hagerstown yesterday!! In an interesting tournament where they played some 6th grade teams and the championship game wasn’t until after 9pm they pushed through everything and took care of business. Special shoutout to our guest assistant coach for the championship game Lilly from our 7th grade team for her generalship on the sidelines lol! Great job ladies!! 🏀👑🩷🖤

For the second week in a row the 8th grade girls went undefeated and won a championship this time at the June Classic in Hagerstown. Missing a few key players our girls rallied around each other and still took care of business. Great job ladies!!Next weekend we’re off to Ohio for the Under Armour Future Finals!!

8th grade and High school teams both went undefeated and took home some hardware at the EBC Summer Tip-Off in Harrisonburg. Great job both teams 🏀👑🩷🖤

The Royalty ladies were well represented in the Home Team middle school showcase last night! It was a great back and forth game with Team Roper (Pink) eventually pulling away from Team Jenkins (Navy Blue) in the end to secure the victory! We gotta get all our girls on the same team next year lol! Great job ladies!! 🏀👑🩷🖤

It’s all about hard work and making progress. Down a few players our high school team…with the help of a few of our 8th graders went 3-1 this weekend and took home 2nd place in the Big Time Hoops Mid-Atlantic Live tournament in Ellicott City MD. These girls are just a few tournaments in but continuing to build chemistry and improve with every game. Great job ladies!!
