Personal Training with Macy National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer services both online and in-person Hi! Welcome to my page! Army Medic.

I am actively looking for new clients that want to improve their life by making their health a priority. I offer both online and in-person personal training. Whether your goal is to increase strength, lose weight, tone your body, or even just try out different workout plans, I'm here to help you get there. I have been weightlifting since high school. I found a love for the gym at a young age. I also have a background in running and swimming. One of my other hobbies is rock climbing. I have prior work experience as a Police Officer, Volunteer Firefighter, and U.S. I became a certified personal trainer through NASM in 2023 because I want to help others to feel more comfortable in their bodies and to help people find enjoyment in persistently challenging themselves.
