Practice tomorrow! 4-6

These practices are about getting better!! It is laid back, go get a drink, take a brake whenever you need it.

I run these practices like I would run my high school practice. We will get a good warm up in, stretch, drill for a hard 30 to 45 mins and learn something new/go over what we are doing wrong.
We will always be doing 15-30 mins of live!

Sorry for any inconvenience but I’m going to have to cancel practice today! We will be back Wednesday!

Had 6 kids show up tonight!! Had an awesome practice going over my signature headlock into reversals we’re getting a lot of drills and live in!!!

Next week we will be doing low legs. working on throwing our legs in on top and what to do from there.

Don’t forget!! Practice starts this week the 12th!!

Starting the 12th I will be starting up 2 practices a week. Wednesdays and Fridays from 4 to 6. 10$ per person per practice. Must pay before stepping on the mat. (Only taking payments for day of practices, no advance payments.)

If it is your first ever practice or do not have a USA wrestling card you will not be able to do anything but the basics (roll, stance, and certain drills).
If you like it and want to come back you can go online and get one, if you need help getting it feel free to reach out.
