Looking for Karate Classes? A couple of our Instructors/Members have started a Karate School. They are currently meeting at Hebron Presbyterian Church Activity Building @ 4765 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville KY. They meet every Tuesday & Thursday. You can call 502-957-3880 for more information.

We are excited to let you know that our Cardio Instructor, Pam McConnell, is now teaching Young at Heart classes at the Jesse Schott Memorial Building @ 298 Prairie Drive in Hillview. (Tan bldg/green roof, behind Overdale School). Classes are each Mon, Wed & Fri @ 9am. Mayor Eadens, The City of Hillview & Pam McConnell are providing these classes to the Hillview Community free of charge!

We have completed the refund process. If you are receiving a refund via check, those have been mailed. If your refund was issued to your credit or bank card(that would be most of the accounts that processed on April 1st via credit or debit cards) we have keyed those as well however it may take as long as 14 days for that refund to process through the banks.

We have started the process of issuing refunds. Several were processed today and we will continue to work on it the rest of the week. Please be patient as all credit cards have to be manually keyed. With that being said it could take as long as 14 days from the day that we key it before it shows on your account. Anyone receiving a refund by check should receive them within the next 7 to 14 days.

It is with mixed emotions to announce that Hester's Family Fitness/Kentucky Karate Club is closing effective Friday, April 19th at 7 pm as Hester Medical Plaza has been sold to U of L. We are excited to see what U of L has in store for Bullitt County; yet are sad to know we will not be seeing our loyal members and staff on a daily basis whom we consider part of our family. Due to scheduling issues on both sides, we are having to do a quick closing, and unfortunately that limited the notice we were able to give to our community. We will be issuing 50% refunds for anyone whose account was drafted on April 1st via credit/debit card. We will be prorating and issuing checks for anyone who paid in advance for quarterly, semi annual and annual accounts.
We have been in business for over 25 years (35 years for Kentucky Karate Club) and want to sincerely thank each and every one of our members and staff for their loyalty to our business. We would not have been able to stay in business this long without your support. We will forever be grateful for the friendships and memories that have been made.

Here is the schedule for the rest of the week:
Tues/ Wed - Classes and Karate are as scheduled. No childcare.
Thurs - Yoga will be held but no Karate classes and no childcare.
Friday- Classes are as scheduled. Normal hours. Closing at 7pm, which is the last day for members.😪

Due to more bad weather coming in & spring break, All Classes are cancelled tonight. We WILL have childcare tonight from 5:30pm - 8pm. We plan yo be on normal schedule the rest of the week.

HAPPY EASTER!!! We will be closed today so staff can spend time with their families. 24 hour members can come in anytime. We will resume normal hours and classes on Monday, April 1st.

There will be no Cardio Strength class this evening. Class will resume on Monday, March 25th.

There will be no Cardio HIIT this evening.

Karate testing is tonight for the older classes. NO class for Lil Dragons tonight and childcare is 5:30-7pm tonight.
