Does back pain affect your day to day activities?
Two things that can help that without pain medication or doctor treatment.
1. Weight loss
Losing weight put less pressure on your low back from the start and you will see a decrease every lb you lose.
2. Add core strength
Your back cannot stay healthy if you stay slouched over. Keep your core strong and engage it when lifting anything!
When you think strength athlete, what comes to mind?
I think it’s someone that can be strong in all aspects of lifting wether it is Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, strongman, and is up for any change/challenge in the gym.
Why be good at one thing when you can be good at several?
Today’s workout with consisted of log press 170 # max reps, max stone over bar, some reps on bench, and shoulder auxiliaries. Our lunch breaks are still spent working in the gym!

Haven’t posted on social media in awhile, but I figured this would be good since it’s something you hear way to often!
-I have clients in their 60’s that lose weight consistently
-I have clients that drink beer on the weekend that also lose weight!
It’s about having balance and enjoying your life while also choosing to be healthy.
