. Client shoutout to our guy @tcgcoffeevan. . From debilitating low back pain/sciatica to ripping a 225lb Deadlift 🤘 . In July Andres checked into the ER with such severe low back pain and numbness in his legs that it hurt to walk or stand. It made bringing his delicious coffee ☕️ to the people of Sheridan damn near impossible. . A few weeks after being discharged, he began working with Dr. Mike to rebuild his back. Starting with just a dowel rod they slowly strengthened his low back to the point where he is now stronger than ever before and pulling some heavy ass weight on the deadlift platform. . Andres was diligent with his home exercise program, worked on his diet, and trusted the process. Proud of all your hard work brother.
