Congratulations to our 20 ikwf state qualifiers, This weekend you proved you were some of the best wrestlers in the state of Illinois and proved it on the mats. We came home with 9 medals and a 3x ikwf state champion... Our Senior division wrestlers finished in the top 8 & our overall team finished in the top 27 out of 270+ teams... not too bad for having only 46 kids on our roster... we will work harder and continue to get better 🏆

Folkstyle season is over, but the real work starts now. The nWo Wrestling Club is officially opening registration for our Freestyle & Greco-Roman season! Whether you’re looking to master the gut wrench or perfect your high-amplitude throws, our room in Sheridan is the place to be this spring.

We’re calling all hammers—from 10u beginners to High School veterans. Let’s get to work.

Postseason is coming… and most matches won’t be decided by conditioning anymore.

They’ll be decided by:
• The first takedown
• Escaping when it matters
• Controlling the mat in close matches

That’s exactly what we’re training at this clinic.
We’re sharpening scoring positions wrestlers actually see in tournaments.

Learn how to create the first score, not just hand fight.

Session 2 — Top/Bottom: Rides, Escapes & Turns
