Adversity often leaves you pondering, “What just happened?” “Why did it occur?” and “How did it come to this?” While you can usually articulate the “what” with clarity, detailing your perspective on it, the “why” becomes more complex. The reasons might not be entirely visible, and your understanding may shift as you reflect and uncover new insights or evidence. As for the “how,” it’s just as convoluted, so my advice is to avoid delving into that. If you find yourself grappling with these questions during tough times, be cautious—overthinking could lead to overwhelming frustration.
