Looking for a job where you can learn a real craft, work with your hands, and be part of a team that takes pride in what they build?

Tom Balding Bits & Spurs is looking for a Production Team Member to join us in Sheridan, Wyoming.

This position starts with polishing and finishing work—the final steps that help make every bit and spur worthy of carrying the Tom Balding name. From there, you'll have the opportunity to learn additional skills and grow within our production team.

We're open to a variety of backgrounds. Whether you're a student looking to learn a trade, someone seeking part-time work with room to grow, or a retiree wanting to stay active and contribute to something meaningful, we'd love to meet you.

What we're looking for:
✔ Reliable and hardworking
✔ Willing to learn
✔ Takes pride in quality work
✔ Enjoys working with their hands

TIG welding experience is a plus, but not required. Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Part-time position with the potential to become full-time for the right person.

Bring a resume and stop by the shop to introduce yourself. While experience is always appreciated, we're just as interested in meeting the person behind the resume. Attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn matter just as much to us as what's written on paper.
