Pilates is a practice not a skill, there is always room for growth, correction and learning. I joined Club Pilates Teacher Training because they are very intentional about their course and how to improve your personal practice while preparing us to guide others in their practice. My Pilates journey started about 20 years ago while I was training for a marathon, my then coach recommended Pilates as a recovery exercise. After the marathon years had gone by, the pandemic started and I had a realization of what I wanted to do next with my life. So far, this experience has been so humbling, I have cohorts that are from all walks of life of different age groups, and we are all learning what the body is capable of. - Troy S
