✔Ask the front desk to adjust your heart rate zones (it’s just one click of a button).
✔Give the new zones a whirl!
✔New zones not working for you? No worries — just asked to be switched back.

*Note: the 20 classes must be at a single studio, not 20 classes overall.

Don’t blink 👀 You might miss tomorrow’s 200m Benchmark Row. It’s fast, furious and oh-so-fun. Take these tips to maximize your time.

✔Explode from your legs. Remember, rowing is 60% legs, 20% core and 20% arms.
✔Try to max out your watts and strokes per minute. Give it everything you’ve got, and more.
✔Go All Out. This is a full-on sprint, start to finish. Don’t stop until that 200m mark is hit, because every second counts!
